We carry out a survey of the “Target” to be covered for each client, called RISK ASSESSMENT, which consists in recommending the adequate surveillance personnel for the Physical Security and the necessary Electronic Security measures to be adopted according to the vulnerability of the “Target” in order to make it a safer place.

This will allow us to increase and optimize electronic security measures in order to reduce the number of man-hours and the physical security surveillance posts.

This analysis aims at reducing monthly costs on physical security (surveillance) significantly.

Within the first 3 months, we elaborate a “Comprehensive Security Plan” designed to prevent the 5 main issues that affect security.

A Surveillance Officer’s main mission is to prevent any action that threatens or endangers the well-being of people or properties and/or facilities belonging to the company or institution to protect, as well as to provide assistance in case of emergencies. Additionally, in case of any event, their function will be to turn to the external personnel that will be in charge of assessing the actions to be carried out in each case and requesting the corresponding assistance. Likewise, the external personnel will be in charge of solving any NOVELTY arising during the watch of the surveillance service of a Target throughout directives and precise orders in accordance with the COMPREHENSIVE SECURITY PLAN designed for each “Target”.

 

SURVEILLANCE SERVICE WITH OR WITHOUT WEAPONS WILL COUNT ON:

 
  • Own and stable staff trained by the Security Specialist (Security Manager/Head of Security) of our firm.
  • Daily supervision, both during day-time work and night work.
  • Periodic visits by the hierarchical staff of the Operations Department of the Company.
  • Guards round GPS monitoring through communication equipment.
  • IP Security Camera Installation (subject to client approval), to be able to control Surveillance Personnel from our Operating Base.
  • Hierarchical personnel of the Operations Department at our base, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

According to each target to be covered, the weapons and equipment available are:

 
  • Pepper Gas.
  • Tonfa (truncheon).
  • Plastic Handcuffs (for physical restraint)
  • AIRSOFT Guns (anti-riot pneumatic gun), supplied whith baton rounds.
  • LED Tactical Flashlight – rechargeable.
  • Whistle
  • Reflectible Vest
  • Credential Wallet with Credentials issued by the designated government authorities. 

According to the target to be covered, the firearms and non-lethal weapons available are:

 
  • BERSA THUNDER PRO 9mm Pistol.
  • JAGUAR .38 SPL Revolver
  • REXIO Swat 12-Gauge Shotgun, supplied with anti-riot ammunition (baton round), or war ammunition (lead bullets). To be confirmed by the client.
  • AIRSOFT Guns (anti-riot pneumatic gun), supplied whith baton rounds.
  • RONI SMG 9mm whith holographic sight, laser sight and tactical flashlight. 
  • Armor Vest

COMMUNICATION

EL VISOR provides for each security guard a communication equipment type HT (Walkie-Takie with authorized frequency):

 
  • Type of Frequency: 136-174 / 400-512 MHZ.
  • Range: 10 Km.
  • Battery Capacity: 1800 mAh.
  • Battery Life: 12 hs.

As well as providing for each target a Personal communication equipment. The equipment provided is CYRUS CM17 HYBRID tactical smartphone and have:

 
  • Smart Radio Service
  • Data plan and free minutes for phone calls.
  • Unlimited WhatsApp and SMS, allowing the team to give instructions, which will be registered.
  • PANIC BUTTON (S.O.S.): The equipment has a red button incorporated, which when pressed sends 3 emergency calls and sends 3 S.O.S. messages to the cellphone of each Supervisor and Hierachical Operations Auditor of the company. 

Smartphone app that has:

 
  • Silent Assault Button (Panic Button).
  • Personnel rounds monitoring by means of GPS.
  • Patrol car indicator, closer to the “target”
