recruitment of personnel

Personnel selection is based on the search of surveillance officers, guards and private escorts with adequate human, physical and intellectual skills for proper performance of duty. In order to achieve this, the Human Resources Department and the Operations Department work collaboratively.

CONTROLS

We carry out psychophysical controls and assess aptitude and attitude to project their performance on the “Target” to be covered.

REQUIREMENTS

We request a high school diploma as an exclusive requirement.

REPORTS

We carry out socio-environmental reports of the personnel to be hired.

WE REQUEST INFORMATION REGARDING THE POSSIBLE EXISTENCE OF CRIMINAL RECORDS BY REQUESTING 3 TYPES OF REPORTS:

THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF REOFFEND

THE DIVISION OF BACKGROUND

THE CRIMINAL RECORDS AND FILES DIVISION

After a rigorous selection, those applicants who do not comply with the basic standards of the regulations, and its subsequent modifications, are excluded, pursuant to what is established by the corresponding Supervisory Entities that regulate Private Security.
