EL VISOR is in charge of educating and training all the selected personnel in the authorized centers where the following courses are dictated: “Basic Course of Initial Training” (Law No. 12.297 - Province of Buenos Aires), “Basic Course of Security Guard in Private Security Service” (Law No. 1913, Law No. 5.688 - Autonomous City of Buenos Aires), and “Course on Protection of Ships and Port Facilities for Surveillance Companies” (ISPS Code), pursuant to the regulating Ordinance No. 1-94 (Argentine Naval Prefecture), and “AVSEC Basic Course” pursuant to the regulating Ordinance No. 157/06 (Decree No. 1119/2010).
Therefore, our staff is highly trained in the following subjects:

· Shooting Technique
· Self Defense
· First Aids
· Fire Prevention
· Accident Prevention
· Human Rights
· Legal Notions
· Electrical Risk
We establish as a mandatory condition the concurrence to the shooting range every 120 days, to carry out TRAINING practices. As well, the staff performs the firearms COMPETENCY TESTS in order to get the Legitimate User Credential (CLU) and the carry permit. Said practices and competency tests are carried out in the “Hunting and Fishing Club in Valentín Alsina”, in the hands of A.N.M.A.C’s authorized instructors.
